RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have 14 days from delivery to report an issue or request a return.
After that, it’s not a return. It’s a relationship

MADE TO ORDER

Most pieces are made after you order, specifically for you.
So yes—our returns are strict. Like your taste.

WHAT WE’LL FIX (OUR FAULT)

We’ll replace or refund if your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Wrong item received

Send photos + your order number. We’ll handle it.

WHAT WE WON’T FIX (YOUR FAULT)

We don’t refund because:

  • You ordered the wrong size

  • You changed your mind

  • It looked different in your imagination

Use the Size Guide. It’s there for a reason.

IF A RETURN IS APPROVED

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

If it’s been “out,” it’s yours.

FINAL SALE / HYGIENE LIST

The following are FINAL SALE (no returns/refunds/exchanges):

  • Hats

  • Intimates / underwear / shapewear

  • Swimwear

  • Socks

  • Anything hygiene-related once opened

EXCHANGES

We don’t do direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, place a new order.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
Original shipping is non-refundable.
Customs duties/taxes are non-refundable.

DUTIES & TAXES

Some countries charge import fees. That’s between you and your border.

CAN I CONTACT YOU DIRECTLY?

Yes. We're real people and we actually respond.

Drop us at VULGARXTRUTHS@GMAIL.COM — we reply within 1 business day. Check your spam folder before you come back here asking why we ghosted you. We didn't. Your inbox did.

Business days are Monday through Friday. Not Saturday. Not Sunday. Not holidays. If you need that explained, the beanie isn't the only thing that needs to be washed.

WHEN DOES IT SHIP?
Made to order. Usually 2–7 business days to produce, then it ships with tracking.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL?
Before production starts: maybe. After that: no.

WHAT IF SOMETHING ARRIVED WRONG OR DAMAGED? .That's on us and we'll own it. Email us with your order number and a photo of the damage.

HOW DO I START A RETURN? Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions within 1–2 business days. Do not send anything back without contacting us first. Unrequested returns get lost. We warned you.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once your order leaves our hands, it's in the postal system's hands — and honestly, that's between you and them.

If your tracking shows successfully shipped to the address you gave us at checkout, we've done our part. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact your local post office if things go sideways.

Pro tip: Not home during delivery hours? Call your carrier and ask them to hold your package at a local pickup point. Takes two minutes. Saves a week of stress.

If your order gets returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address — that's on you, not us. We'll issue store credit minus the shipping cost once the package lands back with us.

Wrong address at checkout? Pay attention next time. The hoodie deserved better.
