We didn't. Your inbox did. Business days are Monday through Friday. Not Saturday. Not Sunday. Not holidays. If you need that explained, the tee isn't the only thing that needs to be washed.
Use the Size Guide — it's on every product page for a reason. If you’re between sizes, size up. If it feels tight, it’s not meant to be. Your statements needs room to breathe and so do you.
Printed in the USA. Made on demand — which means your piece is produced after you order. No pile-up. No waste.
Production: 1–3 business days. Then shipped tracked. US: 2–5 business days. Europe, Canada, Australia, rest of the world: in most of the cases 2–4 weeks. Tracking link sent automatically when your order ships.
If checkout lets you, we ship there. If it doesn’t, we’re not there yet. Contact us — we might still make it happen. International orders may be subject to local customs duties — those are on you, not us.

RETURNS& ORDERS

Short version: made-to-order means no buyer's remorse returns. Long version: keep reading.

Policy 01 — MADE-TO-ORDER

Every piece is produced once your order is placed. That means we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or because it looked different in your imagination. Use the Size Guide in each product page. It’s there for a reason. So yes—our returns are strict. Like your taste. You ordered it. You own it.

Policy 02 — DEFECTS & ERRORS

Wrong item? Damaged? Print defect? That's on us. Email CONFESS@VULGARERRORS.COM within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. After that, it’s not a return. It’s a relationship.

Policy 03 — CANCELLATIONS / FINAL SALE / HYGIENE

Before production starts: maybe. After that, no. Once it’s in the system, it’s yours. NOTE: A) IF A RETURN IS APPROVED - Items must be: Unworn, Unwashed, In original condition B) FINAL SALE / HYGIENE LIST - The following are no take-backs: Hats, Intimates / underwear, Any hygiene-related item once opened.

Policy 04 — LOST PACKAGES

If tracking says delivered but nothing arrived, check with neighbors, reception, or your local postal service first. If the address provided at checkout matches the one shipped to, and tracking confirms delivery, responsibility sits with the courier from that point. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If something looks genuinely wrong, contact us and we’ll review it with you.

Policy 05 — CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to import duties imposed by your country. Your responsibility. That’s between you and your border. In case of return, customs duties/taxes are non-refundable.

Policy 06 — EXCHANGES

We don't offer direct exchanges — each piece is made specifically for you. If you received a defective item, we'll replace it.

All measurements in centimetres. When in doubt: size up.

SIZE UP

Our fits are designed oversized and relaxed. If you're between sizes or you prefer a looser drape — always go one up. The aesthetic demands it.

Before you order

Chest: measure around the fullest part of your chest. Length: from highest point of shoulder to hem. Sleeve: from centre back of neck, over shoulder to wrist.

Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, just under your armpits. Keep it horizontal. Breathe naturally.

LENGTH

Start at the highest point of your shoulder and measure straight down to where you want the hem to fall.

SLEEVE

From the centre back of your neck, over the shoulder and down to your wrist. Bend the arm slightly.
